Perfect location - a short walk to Dotonburi but not in the center of things. The room was very clean and modernly decorated, and the coffee / tea bar and skincare items in the lobby was much appreciated!

A great choice for a minimalist style, boutique hotel!

Hotel The Leben is located a few blocks from the super busy Shinsaibashi area. We enjoyed the quiet location and walkability to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi for foods and shopping. It is a chic and modern hotel with high sustainability measures. The rooms are perfect in size, cleanliness and comfort. The beverage bar at the lobby offers great coffee teas, and refreshing, fruity water. A full array of quality toiletries is located in the lobby for everyday use. The breakfast is so fresh and healthy. And, last but not least, the English speaking staff is super friendly. WE LOVED IT and will stay there again!

A wonderful experience with staff that are accommodating, a nice room, and a comfy stay.

Staff: Incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They were able to accommodate me and assist me even though I did not speak the language. 10/10 Room: Overall wonderful room, big bed, nice bathroom, and great couch to watch tv and unwind from a long day's out. 10/10 Breakfast: Good breakfast however the variety is limited to about 4 meal sets in rotation. Overall not a bad thing but can become boring if staying for a long time. 8/10 Facilities: Has a washer/dryer, vending machine, ice dispenser, ironing board. The basics. Has a coffee, tea, and snack station on the first floor. Also has a amenities station for toothbrushes, combs, lotions, soaps, and other basic necessities one might need. 9/10

This is my first time getting a relatively higher end room and where as it was a very nice room, I don't believe it justifies the price. At least if you are rooming by yourself. Considering the money you can save, I would argue it's better to get a medium end room (price wise) if you want comfort and use the money you save for going out and other things.

I loved every aspect of my stay. Excellent location. The staff was phenomenal. Room were extraordinarily clean . Every member of staff greeted us with a smile.

I didn't like that I had to leave. I'll be back!!

Modern spacious and beautiful hotel walking distance to Dotombori area.

Spacious modern rooms perfect for families. We loved the smart TV where we could cast movies from our phones and check if the washing machine was available without having to physically go and check. They also provided universal chargers in the room. We had plenty of restaurants nearby including family friendly ones and if we wanted to go to the dotombori area it was 10mins which was great. There's a supermarket 4mins away as well. They had a drinks refreshment table in the lobby which was a nice touch.

It would be nice if they had a shelf or nook that we could place the cups, remotes, kettle etc. I found that it was too low and easily accessible for young kids to reach and could potentially be a safety hazard with hot water in a kettle. Also we had to request for extra towels often whereas other hotels provided 4 without us needing to ask everytime.

I would love to come again to stay and relax it hits my expectations

The hotel very clean and modern very comfortable to stay at, we had an issue with our hair dryer and they borrow us a straightener we asked for advice to buy some stuff and the reception team provide us with many Miss.Yamaga was one of the best employees she helped us so many times and she helped us to book a car to drive us to the airport, Mr.Su as well he helped us for some stuff we asked for related to our laggage. Everyone in the hotel was nice and kind the product furniture atmosphere 100% satisfied

The location a bit far but the neighborhood is good to be honest

Short stay in Osaka

Good location, comfortable, great service, good price performance.

It is not negative thing, but worth to know when making booking with breakfast, there is no restaurant and breakfast actually is delivered to the room. Unfortunately there is only international breakfast option which personally I didn’t like and would buy something from 7/11 nearby.
